Before emailing with queries please please read both the description of the product purchased and postal information provided carefully. The majority of the emails we receive can be answered with the information given here on the website.
There are only two of us here at double suns and the bulk of our time is occupied with hand making our projects; when we receive high quantities of queries It can have a negative impact on manufacture time and dispatch dates (ie: if we're answering emails about how long it's going to take it will probably take longer).
We will still endeavour to respond to any email sent to us, but if the answer is info from the site it will be put at the bottom of the priority list.
